Every year around this time, I find that the Holidays have crept up on me and I am trying to think of what to ‘buy’, what to ‘do’ and realize that I feel tired as well as overwhelmed. I feel like curling up in my pajamas and pulling the blankets over my head from Thanksgiving till New Year’s morning! I get tired of the early ‘shoppers’, tv ads, and other stresses and demands that I should be doing ‘something’ more. Some of you may be more organized and/or someone else in your family/work circle may have more energy and Spirit! Regardless, join us to share ideas and strategies to make the Holidays more fun, less work and an opportunity to ‘Celebrate’ our ‘cancer patient’ and ourselves !
We have a great seminar planned and want to conclude our Seminar Schedule for 2016 and have you help us plan for 2017!
Barbara Kavanagh, Founder and CEO , Arizona Myeloma Network, and most important, caregiver for 25 years and 7 months, to Jack Kavanagh, who will be celebrating his 80th birthday on December 29th!
